FAQs
How is concierge care different than regular primary care?
Concierge care is a personalized, membership-based approach to healthcare that prioritizes accessibility, longer appointment times, and a stronger doctor–patient relationship. Unlike traditional primary care—where providers often manage large patient volumes—concierge care limits the number of patients, allowing for more in-depth visits, proactive care, and direct communication with your provider. This results in faster response times, more tailored treatment plans, and a higher level of ongoing support
How can I receive treatment through telehealth without an in-person visit?
Telehealth allows you to consult with a licensed medical provider remotely using secure video or phone appointments. During your virtual visit, your provider will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine an appropriate treatment plan. If needed, labs can be ordered locally, and prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy. This streamlined process makes it possible to receive safe, effective care from the comfort of your home—without requiring an in-person visit.
What does the $199/month membership include?
Your membership includes two virtual visits per month, same-day or next-day appointment availability, direct call and text access to your provider, a comprehensive annual lab panel with review, personalized preventive wellness planning, referral coordination, extended 30+ minute visits, and full prescription management.
Is there a contract?
No—there are no long-term contracts or commitments required.
Is enrollment really limited?
Yes. To ensure each patient receives personalized, attentive care, we intentionally limit the number of memberships available.
Do I still need health insurance?
While our membership covers your primary care needs, we recommend maintaining health insurance for specialist visits, hospital care, and unexpected medical expenses.
Do you accept insurance for membership?
No. Membership is a flat monthly fee and is not billed through insurance. We can provide you with a superbill to be submitted to insurance if needed.
