Who We Are
Kerrie Fields Geaney, APRN-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and is a World Link–trained Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy provider who continues to advance her education in this field.
This is a personalized, patient-centered practice where care is built around you — not the system. By working directly with Kerrie, you receive consistent support, direct communication, and a provider who truly understands your health journey.
From preventive care to same-day visits, the goal is simple: to help you achieve long-term wellness through care that is accessible, attentive, and tailored to your needs.
