FAQs

Concierge care is a personalized, membership-based approach to healthcare that prioritizes accessibility, longer appointment times, and a stronger doctor–patient relationship. Unlike traditional primary care—where providers often manage large patient volumes—concierge care limits the number of patients, allowing for more in-depth visits, proactive care, and direct communication with your provider. This results in faster response times, more tailored treatment plans, and a higher level of ongoing support

Telehealth allows you to consult with a licensed medical provider remotely using secure video or phone appointments. During your virtual visit, your provider will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and determine an appropriate treatment plan. If needed, labs can be ordered locally, and prescriptions can be sent directly to your pharmacy. This streamlined process makes it possible to receive safe, effective care from the comfort of your home—without requiring an in-person visit.

Your membership includes two virtual visits per month, same-day or next-day appointment availability, direct call and text access to your provider, a comprehensive annual lab panel with review, personalized preventive wellness planning, referral coordination, extended 30+ minute visits, and full prescription management.
